Service Group (Project) Management

Edit a service group

Note

Service groups and projects have different code systems, but they are managed in the same system. However, the old code system, service groups, will be discontinued around 2024, and only projects will be used for management.

You can set the business days and business hours of your company for each service group (project) . By doing so, you will be able to receive notifications according to business days and business hours.

  1. Click User List (Projects) from the menu.

  2. Search for and click on the target service group (project).

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Please refer to the matrix below to enter each item and click Apply.

    item Contents and Operation
    Business Day (required) Check the checkbox for the business days of your organization.
    Opening hours (required) Click the clock icon to enter your organization's opening hours
    Closing time (required) Click the clock icon to enter your organization's closing time

Disable notifications

You can temporarily disable notifications for business hours and non-business hours for each service group (project).

  1. Click User List (Projects) from the menu.

  2. Search for and click on the target service group (project).

  3. Check the notification destination you want to disable.

  4. Click Disable on the selected notifications

Change the notification order

ou can change the order of notifications sent to business hours and non-business hours recipients for each service group (project).

  1. Click User List (Projects) from the menu.

  2. Search for and click on the target service group (project).

  3. Click Change Notification Order.

  4. Drag and drop the notification recipients to change the notification order.

  5. Click Update Contact Order.
