Notification Management

Registering notification destinations. The Parent User and Parent User can register notification destinations. These notification destinations will be registered as the reception authentication for requests and inquiries from customers, as the contact information when we contact you, and as the email notification destination for maintenance and security information, etc.

   Name (furigana)	Enter the name of the contact person or the name of the contact department in furigana.
   Name (required)	Enter the name of the contact person or the name of the department
   Department	Enter the contact person or department.
   email address	Enter the email address of the contact person or department.
   telephone number	Enter the telephone number of the contact person or department. Please be sure to enter the area code first.
   Notification Type	Select the type of email the registered email address will receive hereBusiness hours contact: This will be the notification recipient when a monitoring alert occurs (for customer business hours) Outside business hours contact: This will be the notification recipient when a monitoring alert occurs (for customer outside business hours) Service infrastructure failure notification: This will be the notification recipient when a problem occurs with our service infrastructureMaintenance notification: This will be the notification recipient regarding maintenance information for our service infrastructure Notifications: This will be the notification recipient regarding all aspects of the service you are using. However, this does not include notifications of high-urgency or high-importance failures or maintenanceSecurity information alerts: This will be the notification recipient for the latest security informationLicense management notifications: This will be the notification recipient regarding the licenses you are using Newsletter: This will be the notification recipient for information on webinars, events, and campaigns
   Service Group(PID) (required)	Select the service group (project) to associate with this notification destination.

3. If you have not yet edited the service group information, please refer to Editing a Service Group (Project) and edit the service group (project) information.

Editing notification destination

You can change personal information such as your name and email address, as well as your """"service group (project)"""" and the type of """"received email.""""

1. Click Notification List in the menu.

   

2. Search for and click the desired notification destination.

   

3. Refer to the matrix below to edit each item and click Apply.

Deleting a notification destination

By deleting a notification destination, you can remove the association of the notification destination from all service groups (projects) and delete the notification destination.

1. Click Notification List in the menu.

   

2. Search for and click the desired notification destination.

   

3. Click Delete.
