Steps from visitor registration to entry

※1 The link in the temporary URL email for issuing a one-time password expires after one month. If the link expires after one month, it will be invalidated. If it is invalidated, you will need to log in to BOIS as a BOIS user and issue a one-time password.
Registering visitors
To enter the data center, you must register in advance and be issued a one-time password for initial entry for each visitor.

Please enter each item using the matrix below as a reference and click Register.
Item Contents・Operation Type (required) Select the type of visitor.
General Visit: Select this if you are registering someone who belongs to a company.
Vendor: Select this if someone from an external organization such as a maintenance company will be visiting.Permission Group (required) Select a group with permissions to pass through the security gate Validity Period (required) By default, the expiration date is the end of June of the same year as the registration date (or the following year if the registration date is in June).You cannot enter the museum outside of the validity period. Also, if you select a custom validity period, you can register any validity period (up to 1 year). However, if you select a custom expiration date, you will not be notified of the expiration date via email. First visit date (required) Please enter the date when the registered visitor will first enter the building. However, if the visitor enters the building on a date other than the first visit date, they can still enter the building as long as it is within the validity period. This information is for reference purposes only to ensure that the biometric registration process goes smoothly. Name (Required) Enter the visitor's name Furigana (required) Enter the visitor's furigana in alphabetical order. Email (required) Enter the visitor's email address Tel (required) Enter the visitor's phone number profile image If necessary, upload a profile image for the visitor. This is useful when you want to match the face photo with the name in the visitor list display, etc. Department Enter the visitor's department Vendor Affiliation Enter the name of an external organization such as a maintenance company. When managing external organizations, you can search for the vendor's company name from the list. This field is required only when you select Vendor as the type.
Update the expiration date of a visitor
For visitor information that will expire within one month, a button to update expiration date will be displayed. Once the deadline has passed, the relevant visitor will be automatically disabled and will no longer be able to enter the museum. If you wish to continue entering the museum, please update the expiration date.
Additionally, if the default validity period is selected when registering for admission, the expiration date for the admission will be the end of June of the same year as the registration date (or the following year if the registration date is in June) .Only in this case, a notice regarding the renewal of the expiry date will be sent to the BOIS user's email address one month before the expiry date.
※1 Even after it has been invalidated, it is possible to renew the expiration date.

Process from MDF entry application to entry

Apply to enter MDF
You must apply in advance to enter the MDF room of the data center.
Only construction workers (construction contractors) are allowed to enter the MDF room in the presence of our staff.

Our contract number If you know the contract number listed on your order, please enter it here. Worker name Enter the name of the carrier (construction contractor) who will actually be entering the facility. If the person in charge has not been decided yet or there are many candidates, do not enter the name here, but write that in the comments. Worker name (alphabetical) Enter the name of the carrier (construction company) who will actually be entering the facility. Operator Tel Enter the phone number of the carrier (construction company) person who will actually be entering the premises. Email for issuing one-time password (required) Enter the email address to which the one-time password will be sent when it is issued. Worker profile image If necessary, upload a profile picture of the carrier (construction company) person in charge. This is useful when you want to match the face photo with the name in a list display, etc. remarks This is a free-entry field, but if the carrier (construction company) person in charge has not been determined and there is a list of multiple candidates, entering the list of candidates here will enable us to process the entry process smoothly.
Comment on MDF admission application
After applying for MDF entry, you can post comments between BOIS users and our staff. When you post a comment, a notification email will be sent to the BOIS user's email address.

Apply for loading/unloading
When bringing in or taking out goods to the data center, you will need to apply for loading/unloading in advance only if you are using the elevator dedicated to loading/unloading between the second basement parking lot and the data center floor .

If we are unable to collect the package because it exceeds the weight defined by each carrier as a courier service, or if there is a large discrepancy between the weight stated on the shipping slip and the actual weight, we will contact you to confirm.
Comment on the application for loading and unloading
After applying for loading/unloading, comments can be posted between customers who have BOIS users and our staff. When a comment is posted, a notification email will be sent to the email address of the BOIS user who posted the comment and the address registered in the notification email address.
