Data Center Access Management (Otemachi APP / Shin-Otemachi APP)

Data center access management features are available through dedicated web applications for each site.

Note

The basic operation methods are common to both sites. Only some selection items, such as building floor numbers, differ between sites.

How to Access the Application

You can access the data center access management application in the following three ways.

After logging in to BOIS, click on the card for the site you want to use in the "Data Center" section displayed on the home screen.

  • Site 1: Click the "Site 1" card
  • Shin-Otemachi Site: Click the "Shin-Otemachi Site" card

Note

When you open each card, links to Authority Groups, Visitors, Loading/Unloading, MDF Room Access, and Visitor Reception menus are displayed, allowing direct access.

Method 2: Navigate from Application Launcher

After logging in to BOIS, click the application launcher (grid icon) in the upper right corner of the screen and select the app for the site you want to use.

  • Site 1: Otemachi DC
  • Shin-Otemachi Site: Shin-Otemachi DC

You can bookmark the following URLs for direct access.

Application Home Screen

When you navigate to the application, a site-specific home screen is displayed. From here, you can access various features and check the status of various requests on the dashboard.

You can access the following features from the left sidebar menu:

  • Home: Dashboard (statistics for total visitors, total loading/unloading requests, total MDF room access requests)
  • Authority Groups: Manage authority groups
  • Visitors: Register and manage visitors
  • Loading/Unloading: Create and manage loading/unloading requests
  • MDF Room Access: Create and manage MDF room access requests
  • Visitor Reception History: Check visitor reception history

Shin-Otemachi Site (Shin-Otemachi App) Home Screen

The menu structure is the same as Site 1, and the basic operation methods are common.
